I noticed the Android browser loads Read/Blogs I Follow faster than WordPress’ Android app. Is that a bug? It’s true I’m using slow 2G network, but then again, the load time is slower on WordPress for Android than on Android default browser while it should be opposite, actually.

It probably feels a bit slower because the app has to log you in to WordPress.com first.

Every time? That sucks! I log in the first time and I hope it stays logged in, just like browser works with cookies.

Well, if you leave the Reader open you will stay logged in. We can look in to perhaps storing the login cookie in the app as well.

Storing the login cookie will be better. It’s really painful to keep staring at the app each time I want to read after restarting the app. Hope you guys will consider it for the next update. 🙂
By the way, is there any way to add location using Google Maps? I tried to location option but only the city shows up. Is there any way to pinpoint location using Google’s technology as used in Blogger?
